Received an undergraduate degree in Nursing in Poland, completed a bachelor’s degree in nursing at Saint Peter’s University in Englewood Cliffs, Received a Master’s in Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner degree from William Paterson University in Wayne, New Jersey, and Doctoral of Nursing Practice from Chamberlain University in Illinois.

Started healthcare career as a Registered Professional Nurse providing nursing care in Open Heart Recovery, Intensive Care Units and Emergency Room. Transitioned into the role of nurse practitioner in outpatient health care, providing Advanced Practice Nursing services for over 10 years in weight loss, diabetes/ endocrinology, family practice, urgent and pediatric primary care.

Developed a particular interest in managing obesity- passionate about healthy and sustainable weight management and knows firsthand the power that sugar and junk food can have over our life.

Offers program based on science and own personal experience: focusing on lifestyle choices, in which medication can be a helpful tool to allow the freedom to enjoy the foods you love but overpower cravings for addictive junk foods. She is privileged to offer a weight loss program tailored to individual needs to help you achieve your health and weight goals.

I am passionate about helping my patients live healthier and better lives through lifestyle changes, diet and activity counseling and clinically supervised weight loss programs.
I know first hand how difficult it can be to lose weight, keep it off and remain focused on self care.
